This is a one day festival, there is no camping (see below for accomodations)

Are tickets electronic?
Yes — tickets are electronic. Bring your ticket on your phone or printed to enter.
What happens when I arrive?
Follow the signs to the designated entrance, present your ticket, then proceed through the security check. VIP guests may have a separate entrance—please follow posted signage. Review the bag policy before you arrive: clear bags only.
Can I transfer my ticket?
Yes. Tickets can be transferred.
Beware of scammers and only purchase from a reputable resale site.
Ages + Alcohol
Is the festival all-ages?
Yes — all ages welcome.
Do kids need a ticket?
5 and under are free.
How does alcohol work?
You must be 21+ to purchase/consume alcohol. Bring a valid ID for a 21+ wristband.

Is the festival rain or shine?
Yes — rain or shine.
No refunds due to weather.
Getting Here
What about parking?
There are public parking lots/garages surrounding the plaza (generally within a 7-minute walk) plus street parking.
Is there ADA parking?
Yes — ADA parking is available in nearby garages.
Is rideshare recommended?
Yes — rideshare is encouraged. There will be a designated drop-off/pick-up location (follow signage / onsite directions).
Is public transit an option?
Yes — there’s a GRTC bus stop at 8th & Byrd Street (about a 2-minute walk).

Eats + Sips
Can I bring outside food or drinks?
No.

Will there be water available?
Yes — free water refill stations will be onsite.
NO PLASTIC OR GLASS WATER BOTTLES ALLOWED
Re-usable water bottles no larger than 32 oz are permitted (must be empty at entry).
Will there be non-alcoholic options?
Yes — non-alcoholic options will be available, along with alcohol for 21+.
Bags + Security
What’s the bag policy?
Clear bags ONLY. (bags must meet the official bag policy – SEE CHART)
Chairs will be searched. All persons and items must pass through metal detectors before entering the festival grounds.
Chairs are only permitted in the Lawn section and NOT in the Rapids section.
