JamPacked is literally too much great stuff in one place: environmentally conscious craft brewers, inspiring bands and concertgoers who want a better future!
The JamPacked Craft Beer and Music Festival is meant to be both inspirational and aspirational: we are committed to creating a waste-free event utilizing only recyclable materials and helping to create a great local experience in the Richmond market.
How Do I Get There?
We highly recommend ride-sharing, commuting, carpooling and any other forms of environmentally conscious travel!
Parking
Paid parking is available in many parking decks and lots in the area surrounding downtown’s riverfront. Some of those are:
American Civil War Museum parking lot, 500 Tredegar St, Richmond, VA 23219, limited space, paid parking
Delta Hotel by Marriott Parking Deck, 555 E Canal St, Richmond, VA 23219, paid parking
Surface lot parking at Canal Street and 5th Street, paid parking
On-street parking is also available around the areas of S. 5th Street and E. Canal Street, 201 S. 5th St, Richmond, VA 23219
THIS is the only entrance to enter Brown’s Island:
5th Street and Tredegar
What Can I (and Can’t I) Bring?
As a waste-free event, we encourage attendees to bring refillable beverage containers. Lawn chairs and blankets are welcome.
Items that are not permitted include, but are not limited to:
- NO outside alcohol
- NO outside food and drink
- NO bags that aren’t clear or abide by the bag policy (below)
- Coolers, picnic baskets, glass containers
- Professional cameras, video equipment and Go Pros
- Laptops or tablets, cameras with removable lenses
- Selfie sticks, lasers and laser pointers, Drones, Totems, flags
- Tents of any kind in venue area
- Frisbees, sports balls, Confetti/glitter, spray paint, markers, sharpies
- Whistles and air horns. Fireworks and explosives
- Grills or open flame of any kind
- Musical instruments of any kind
- Firearms, knives and weapons of any kind, including pocket knives
- NO drugs or drug paraphernalia
- NO pets (with exception of service animals)
